SEMIA Women's Fund conducted a research project on the feminist and gender ecosystem in Italy. The study aims to comprehensively map feminist organisations engaged in gender issues, including their structure, thematic priorities, and operational needs and challenges.

The survey sample includes about 700 formal and informal organizations working on the promotion and protection of the rights of women, girls, trans and non-binary people with a broad spectrum of action.

Initial data reveals interesting information regarding the geographical concentration, structure, and main themes of the organizations.
