SEMIA Women's Fund conducted a research project on the feminist and gender ecosystem in Italy. The study aims to create a comprehensive mapping of feminist realities and those closely related to gender issues, their structure, thematic priorities, as well as their operational needs and challenges.

The survey sample includes about 700 formal and informal organizations working on the promotion and protection of the rights of women, girls, trans and non-binary people with a broad spectrum of action.

Initial data reveal interesting information regarding the geographical concentration, structure, and main themes of the organizations.
